We use a method of BIM (building information modeling) that is the same process an owner would go through building their project from concept to the finishes. We find any design issues to the finishes the owner is looking to archive. Once we flush out all potential conflicts or design changes and the owner is 100% happy with their project, we manage the process of bidding the project to contractors, negotiating the contracts, then managing the build.
During the course of the build, we help the contractor and owner create a cash flow chart. Flowcharts help the owner understand the costs and when and to who. Cost information is essential to understand for the owner before signing the final contract.
We also use scanning technology to ensure the contractor is building precisely the plans during the whole course of the build. In custom home buildings, being precise is a necessity, not a request. Then materials are ordered to fit, and the contractor must build according to precise details.
